The HYROX P’F”T provides you with a solid indication of your current fitness racing level and, therefore, which division you should sign up for
- 15 – 20 minutes – HYROX PRO
- 20 – 35 minutes – HYROX Open
- 30 – 40 minutes – HYROX Doubles
- 35 – 45 minutes – HYROX Relay
Just so you know, you do not need to qualify for HYROX (inc. the Pro division), and there is no Time Cap. So feel free to sign up for any division that you think is right for you, and the crowds will cheer you on all the way to the finish line, where you’ll join the #HYSOCIETY
