You’ll receive an official HYROX x Puma shirt as part of your Crew Pack!
In terms of shorts or leggings; active wear is the best options, black in colour and (preferably) minimal branding (as we have Puma as our apparel partner).
We suggest runners for your feet – you will be in amongst the action and on your feet most of the day!
We’ll provide fluids, food and snacks for volunteers on each shift but please bring any extra food you wish to have to keep your energy levels high!
Please bring your own water bottle as we will have water taps at our Aid Stations for you to re-fill and hydrate. Water will also be available to purchase.
Note: BCEC is providing the catering. Vegetarian and vegan options will be available but please tell us if you have other dietary requirements (or BYO).
BCEC provides 24 hour undercover parking with a total of 1500 parking spaces included designated accessible parking bays conveniently located near the lifts.
Car parks can be accessed from Merivale, Melbourne and Grey Streets. View the access map for the car park entries above in ‘Site Map’.
All visitors using the car park are required to pay before exiting at pay stations situated near the lifts as well as in Russell Walk.

There are 6 x Paramedics in attendance at this race.
They will be operating in Pairs with one pair being permanently stationed at the First Aid zone in the race area, and the other two pars roving within the race hall.
In the event medical assistance is required, please inform one of your Head Judges immediately. They are in radio contact with the Operations Team.
