Equipment can be delivered via the loading dock (4, 5 or 6) between the dates and times shown:

  • Fri 13/09 between 1000 -1400 hours AWST

Venue access requirements:

  • ID
  • High Vis Jackets
  • Closed toe shoes
  • Completed Venue Induction HERE
  • Children under 16 years are not permitted

Bump in times are as follows:

  • Friday 13th of September between 1000 and 1400 hours AEST
  • Access is via the loading dock – Hall 4, 5 or 6
  • You can review the Loading Dock access HERE

Facilities availability during bump in:

  • Forklifts & drivers will be available
  • Pump trucks will be available
  • Electrical power will be available
  • WC’s will be available onsite
  • Vending machines are available for F&B, or BYO

On race day, access to the venue will be strictly via the main pedestrian entrance only. No vehicular or loading dock access is permitted.

Partners/exhibitors will be able to gain access to the race hall from 0630 hours.

Security will be on the entry/exit of the race hall so partners/exhibitors will require a yellow or purple ‘spectator’ wrist lanyard. These will be available from the Customer Support desk in the concourse area unless you have arranged earlier collection.

Equipment can be bumped out on Sunday 15th September between 0700 – 0900 hours.

Any additional access costs for collection outside of the above-stated hours will be borne by the party involved.

Note:

HYROX will not accept responsibility for arranging collection or costs associated with this.

For all collections please ensure a representative is onsite to collect any goods.

Any leftover goods / abandoned freight will be disposed of if not collected by the end of the event tenancy (2100 Sunday 18th Sepetember).

The ‘Convention Centre Car Park’ is owned and operated by the City of Perth (Customer Service 1300 889 613).

This 1,500 bay car park is accessible via Mill Street, Mounts Bay Road and the Riverside Drive off-ramp of the Mitchell Freeway.

There are approximately 5,000 car parking spaces within 10 minutes walk of PCEC; early bird parking or long stay parking is available at the following locations:

A fully equipped FIRST AID ROOM is located directly opposite the entrance of exhibition Pavilion 2 on Level 1 of PCEC.

Emergency first aid is available by contacting the PCEC Security Control Room through any house phone on extension 80334 or on 9338-0334 from any other phone.

Free Wi-Fi is shared by all conference guests, event attendees and the general public in the building during your event. It’s not just for event guests and is not designed to provide a guaranteed number of concurrent users for a particular event in a particular location.

It is suitable for basic internet browsing, web-based email, Facebook, Twitter, MSN Messenger, Yahoo Messenger, Skype, Google Talk and IMAP/POP3/SMTP email.

However, it is not suitable for streaming video, VPN connections, peer-to-peer file sharing, or running internet-based workshops or presentations.

For the purposes of protecting PII, it is assumed that by virtue of you reading this page, you are already in contact with one or more of these Hyrox personnel

The following people are required to complete the online induction prior to commencing work at PCEC:

  • Event organisers directly managing event contractors
  • Event contractors prior to commencing works at PCEC
  • Exhibitors building or constructing their stand during the exhibition build (including building stands, the use of food trucks, hazardous materials etc)
  • Exhibitors only displaying product or any person onsite during bump in/bump out*

*A bump in/out period is generally classified as a period where anyone inside the licensed event space, is present during a build activity or while high risk activities are taking place. This is typically while roller doors are open and/or high visibility vests are required to be worn.

Each partner or vendor is required to have Public Liability insurance in place for the value of AUD 20 Million per incident.

A current certificate of insurance must be provided electronically to your Hyrox contact partner no later than 8 weeks before the race.

All F&B sampling and/or selling will require approval by the venue.

All electrical leads intended for use within the venue need to be tagged and tested per AS/NZS 3760:2010 before use on-site.

Note: This includes any brand-new leads.
